This custom metal-frame and E.P.S. foam house is the first of its kind on the Central Coast. This is not ICF block. This house boasts a higher R rating than any standard structure, rivaling that of straw bail homes. The August Company's proprietory software moves from CAD to cut list like nothing you've seen before in a production environment. Most metal, and all foam slabs are pre-cut in the shop for maximum efficiency, as well a easy containment of cutt-offs for recycling.
